How we researched this
Every Japanese and Asian restaurant Yelp, Restaurantji and Allmenus list in Hoboken was checked against its current menu for an actual bowl of ramen. That removed Okinawa Sushi & Grill and Saku, both surfaced by ramen searches with none on the menu, Yeung II, whose ramen appeared in a 2023 roundup but not on today's menu, honeygrow's ramen stir fry, and Ubu, which still shows up on one directory but is permanently closed. Jersey City's ramen shops dominate the roundups that cover both cities and are out of scope for a Hoboken page.
